The process from intial contat from the author until publication can vary depending on what type of work(s) you are submitting. For small work(s) (>500 words) it can be a quicker turn around than large work(s) (2000< words).

You can change your idea up until you submit a first draft. After this, if you still wish to change your idea, you will have to discuss with the editor assigned to you and explain any changes. Due to the timelines we want to keep to, if the entire piece needs to be re-written, its publication may be significantly delayed or cancelled altogether.
